NANA Services, LLC provides quality food and janitorial services, recreational management, and commissary operations for the US stations on the Antarctic continent. Raytheon, the prime contractor for the National Science Foundation, oversees food services, retail operations, three store and bar lounges, housing/billeting, janitorial operations, and recreational activities. Each of these operations requires a commitment by our staff to enhance the quality of life for those working in the remote, isolated environment of Antarctica. NANA Services, LLC has mobilized a workforce to accommodate the seasonal growth at the McMurdo Station and the South Pole Station, from approximately 200 to 1200 personnel and 50 to 200 personnel, respectively. Managed from our offices in Denver, Colorado, we successfully meet or exceed our contractual obligations.

Contract Title: Food Services Operation
NANA Services, LLC performs all the mess attendant services in Building 1089 and Building 144 at the Marine Corps Base- Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Approximately 50 employees provide full food services, from cashier services to housekeeping, from food delivery to food preparation. Building 1089 is a full service dining facility, while Building 144 provides quick eats.
In recognition of the Exceptional Teamwork between the U.S. Marine Corps and NANA Services, LLC Food Service Personnel and for their combined commitment and daily effort to exceed standards in Food Services to the personnel at MCB Kaneohe Bay, Mess Hall 1089. The teamwork of these two groups resulted in the achievement of the Major General W.P.T. Hill Memorial Awards Program For Food Service Excellence on March 31st, 2007, in the category of Best Contractor/Military Mess Hall. We honor the efforts of the joint team.

NANA Services, LLC supplies exceptional food services for over 700 cadets on a daily basis through three facilities. Delano Hall is a fixed fee (board bill) facility, and the Seafarer and Topside Dining Rooms are revenue generated (full profit/loss) locations. Based on the knowledge of customer preferences and requests, industry trends, and benchmarks, NANA Services, LLC has successfully furnished food services to this academy. We also provide culinary programs that illustrate our focus on food preparation, style, health benefits, and presentation. NANA Services, LLC markets our products and services to demonstrate their value to our customers, and we continuously train our staff to enhance our food services operations. Our partnership with Sodexho has given NANA Services, LLC the opportunity to benefit from the aptitude of a large company. We use several Sodexho systems that chart progress, improve controls, identify emerging trends and weaknesses, and accelerate response time. Such technology enables our managers to bring the best in recipes, promotions, production records, and HACCP spreadsheets, while keeping in touch with resources, customers, and staff. |

NANA Services, LLC provides superior management and staff to perform mess attendant services at the Aragon Dining Facility at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB). We successfully execute all duties essential to quality service, such as food preparation in standard portions, cashier services using the Point of Sales (POS) system provided by the government, attainment of all Federal and Air Force mandated sanitation requirements, maintenance of the entire dining facility, preservation of the grounds around the facility, observance of the base recycling program, maintenance and repair of all Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), and performance during emergency, special events, and contingency services.

NANA Services, LLC diligently works to provide a clean living environment, while minimizing disturbances to the Randolph community. NANA Services, LLC performs the full scope of food services to residents of the VA Domiciliary Residents Program in Anchorage, Alaska. From conception to execution, NANA Services, LLC furnishes the entire food service package.
